Every order gets a tracking link by email and SMS the moment it ships.

- Check the email we sent when the order shipped — subject line starts "Your unOkhi order is on its way".
- Check your SMS. The link is sent to the number you gave at checkout.
- Search your inbox for unokhi, including the promotions and spam folders.
When it ships
Within 48 business hours of ordering. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday go out the next working day. Delivery is 3–7 days across India.
Tracking has not moved
Give it four working days — scans sometimes lag, especially in transit between hubs. If it has genuinely not moved in four working days, write to contact@unokhi.in with your order number and we will chase the carrier ourselves rather than asking you to.
It says delivered and I do not have it
Check with anyone else at the address and with the building security or reception first — that is where most of them are. If it is still missing after 24 hours, write to us with your order number and we will open a case with the carrier.
Cash on delivery
Keep the exact amount ready. Most delivery partners cannot make change.
