Plain terms for a small brand selling four bottles in one country.

Who you are buying from

These terms are between you and unOkhi, at MU, Ground Floor, Tower C, Phase III, Udyog Vihar, Sector 20, Gurugram, Haryana 122016. Reach us at contact@unokhi.in.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of all taxes. The struck price is the maximum retail price printed on the product card.
• An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it, not when you pay.
• If we have priced something wrongly or cannot fulfil an order, we cancel it and refund you in full. We will not ask you to pay a difference after the fact.
• We may limit quantities per order or per address during the first batch.

The product

• Eau de Parfum, for external use only. It is flammable. It is not a medicine.
• Fragrance behaves differently on different skin. That is not a defect.
• We make no claim about how long it lasts, because we have not finished testing it.
• If you have a known sensitivity, patch test on the inside of the forearm first.

Age

You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy from this site.

What belongs to us

The unOkhi name, the wordmark, the artwork, the photography and the written couplets are ours. Buying a bottle does not license any of it. You are welcome to photograph the product you own and post it anywhere you like.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for delivering the product you paid for, in the condition described. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or under the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011.

Disputes

Indian law applies. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction. Before that, write to us — almost everything is solvable by email.
