Free across India, on every order, with no minimum. Cash on delivery is available at no extra charge.

Where we ship

India only at launch. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot ship fragrance by air to some pin codes — if yours is one of them, checkout will tell you before you pay.

What it costs

Prices shown on the site are inclusive of all taxes. There is nothing added at checkout.

When it leaves us

• Dispatched within 48 business hours of the order being placed.
• Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched the next working day.
• You get a tracking link by email and SMS the moment it ships.

How it is packed

Fragrance is flammable and travels by surface. The bottle and its info card go out in a black cotton drawstring pouch, inside a rigid outer box with the alcohol declaration the carrier requires. The outer box carries no branding and no price — a unit sent straight to a recipient arrives as a gift, not as a delivery.

If it does not arrive

If tracking has not moved for four working days, write to contact@unokhi.in with your order number. We chase the carrier ourselves rather than asking you to.

Cash on delivery

Available on every order, with no fee. Please keep the exact amount ready — most delivery partners cannot make change. If a COD order is refused at the door twice, we will ask for prepayment on any future order from the same address.
